1. Acceptance of Terms
By signing up for or using the STREAT platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
2. The Service
STREAT provides a pre-ordering and payments platform designed for food vendors, market stalls and street traders. We give your customers a way to order and pay before they collect, helping you manage busy periods more effectively.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when signing up. You may not use STREAT for any unlawful purpose.
4. Payments and Fees
Subscription fees are billed monthly. Your current rate is locked in for as long as your subscription remains active. We reserve the right to change pricing for new subscribers with reasonable notice. No refunds are given for partial months, but you may cancel at any time.
5. Vendor Responsibilities
You are responsible for fulfilling all customer orders placed through your STREAT app. You must ensure your menu, pricing and allergen information is accurate and up to date. STREAT is not liable for disputes arising from incorrect information provided by vendors.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
7. Limitation of Liability
STREAT is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 3 months prior to any claim.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you by email of any material changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
